Do different stem modes cost different amounts?
No. Usage is based on uploaded audio duration, not the number of stems selected for download.
What happens to unused subscription minutes?
Monthly minutes expire after 31 days and do not roll over. Annual minutes remain valid for 365 days.
When does cancellation take effect?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Duplicate charges and confirmed service failures are investigated by support, subject to applicable law.
Do displayed prices include taxes?
Displayed prices are in USD. Any required tax is shown by the payment provider before you confirm checkout.
